All communicators built in

Type4 Hub (4G) Jeweller comes fully equipped with all necessary communicators — no need to install additional modules. This ensures seamless connectivity between the central unit and all system devices, including sounders, VADs, I/O modules, and manual call points. When a manual call point is pressed, the alarm is passed to the sounders and VADs in just 3 seconds. At the same time, the fire alarm event is sent to the monitoring station via Ethernet or 4G (LTE).

The central unit installs in minutes without disassembling the enclosure. All system devices are added and configured via mobile or desktop Ajax apps. Getting started is as efficient as it gets: there's no need to program complex logic manually — the system is configured through human-readable text and an intuitive, self-explanatory interface.

Safety without obstacles

Type4 Line suits a wide range of facilities — from small restaurants to schools and municipal buildings. With a wireless communication range of up to 1,800 m between the central unit and system devices, this solution is meant to deliver reliable performance even across large premises.

To expand coverage even further, Type4 ReX Jeweller wireless range extender is available. It connects wirelessly to the central unit. It's the perfect solution for multi-story buildings or facilities with thick walls, allowing devices to operate at greater distances without compromising reliability.

Immunity to lags, freezing, and viruses

Type4 Hub (4G) Jeweller runs on OS Malevich, a real-time operating system developed by Ajax Systems. The system is immune to viruses, resistant to cyberattacks, and extremely reliable. Loading and executing actions takes less than a second from tapping on a smartphone.

The operating system can be automatically updated via the internet. The central unit also transmits updates to other connected devices. Each update enhances the overall system performance and adds new features, so Ajax devices evolve and remain relevant for years.

Advanced system supervision

All Ajax devices perform automatic self-diagnosis and report their states to the central unit. Essential parameters, including tamper, communication, power supply, and sensor statuses, are continuously monitored. The Ajax Cloud server controls communication between the central unit and Ajax apps, ensuring instant notifications for monitoring stations, security companies, and users. In case of any fault or communication failure, everyone is informed immediately to request necessary services.

Sabotage resistance

The central unit automatically verifies each device's unique parameters during every communication session. If any parameter fails authentication, the central unit ignores all commands from that device.

Each system device regularly exchanges data with the central unit and can send three data packets as often as every 12 seconds. If the connection is lost, the system detects it in only 36 seconds and notifies the security company and users about the incident.
